How do I create an account?

How do I connect my X account?
Go to Settings > Connected Accounts and click "Connect X Account". Follow the authorization flow to grant xAIcreator access to post on your behalf.

How does the AI content generation work?
Our AI analyzes your input and generates optimized content based on best practices for X engagement. You can provide topics, existing text to rewrite, or let the AI generate ideas from scratch.
What makes the AI different from ChatGPT?
xAIcreator's AI is specifically trained for X content. It understands character limits, engagement patterns, hashtag usage, and platform-specific best practices that general AI tools don't optimize for.
Will AI-generated content sound like me?
You can train the AI to match your voice by providing examples and adjusting settings. Always review and edit AI output to ensure it reflects your authentic style.
Credits
What are credits used for?
Credits are consumed when using AI features like content generation, rewriting, and advanced analytics. Each plan includes monthly credits, and you can purchase additional credits if needed.
Do unused credits roll over?
Monthly plan credits reset each billing cycle and don't roll over. However, purchased credits never expire and carry over until used.
How many credits does each feature use?
Credit usage varies by feature:
- Basic generation: 1-2 credits
- Content rewriting: 2-3 credits
- Thread generation: 5-10 credits
- Advanced analytics: 5 credits
Publishing
Can I schedule posts in advance?
Yes! You can schedule posts for any future date and time. You can also save your preferred time slots for quick scheduling.
Can I manage multiple X accounts?
Yes, you can connect and manage multiple X accounts. Each account has its own queue, calendar, and analytics.
What happens if a scheduled post fails?
If a post fails to publish, you'll receive a notification. You can retry, reschedule, or edit the post from your calendar.
Billing
How do I upgrade my plan?
Go to Settings > Plan and select your desired plan. Your new plan activates immediately, and you'll be prorated for any unused time on your current plan.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time. You'll continue to have access until the end of your current billing period.

Security
Is my X account safe?
Yes. We use OAuth for authentication, meaning we never see or store your X password. You can revoke access at any time from your X settings.
