  4. No Server Communication: The Extension does not communicate with any external servers (except Twitter's own CDN for downloading media)

Permissions Used

Storage Permission

  • Purpose: Store user preferences (e.g., dismissed promotional cards)
  • Data Stored: Only minimal settings (e.g., dismissed_until timestamp)
  • Location: Chrome's local storage on your device only
  • Not Transmitted: This data never leaves your device

Downloads Permission

  • Purpose: Save media files to your Downloads folder
  • Function: Uses Chrome's native download API to save files
  • No Tracking: We do not monitor what you download

Host Permissions

The Extension requires access to the following domains:

  • https://twitter.com/* - Access Twitter web pages to detect media
  • https://x.com/* - Access X.com (Twitter's rebranded domain)
  • https://pbs.twimg.com/* - Download images from Twitter's image CDN
  • https://video.twimg.com/* - Download videos from Twitter's video CDN

These permissions are used ONLY to:
